Paper makes kitchen work easier
SWEET PAPERS
Cut a sheet of paper into rectangles, about 6 x 10 cm in size, and use them as sweet papers.
PAPER ON A GRATER
When grating citrus fruits, hold a piece of paper against the ’star-shaped holes’ on the grater so that all the peel can be used.
WET PAPER ON COLD POTATOES
The cold potatoes will stay fresh if you cover it with wet paper before you put it into the refrigeator. Plastic does not work at all for this purpose.
