Garlic bread

200 g butter
4 garlic cloves
1 lemon
50 g fresh parsley
1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
salt and pepper

mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 200°C. Put the butter in a bowl. Press in garlic and add lemon juice. Chop parsley and stir in together with Worcester sauce, salt and pepper.

Cut several slices of white bread. Spread the garlic butter on bread and top with thin slices of mozzarella cheese. Put the bread on a baking sheet covered with paper and bake for 2-3 minutes.
