Nordic Paper's sustainability efforts earn EcoVadis medal
As part of our commitment to society, people and the environment, Nordic Paper has, for the first time, assessed our sustainability practices through EcoVadis.
The assessment covers 21 sustainability criteria across four key areas: Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
And the result is very positive.
In our first rating, completed in July 2026, Nordic Paper earned the EcoVadis Silver medal, which places Nordic Paper in the top 15 % globally and even top 12 % among peers in the sector of manufacture of pulp, paper and paperboard.
The result confirms that we are on the right track with our sustainability efforts. But we also see this as a starting point for further progress, and we remain committed to continuously improving our sustainability performance going forward.
