The Board of Directors has appointed an audit committee and a remuneration committee, whose activities are mainly preparatory and advisory.
The audit committee shall monitor the company’s financial reporting, monitor the efficiency of the internal control and risk management, review and monitor the impartiality and independence of the auditors and assist in the preparation of proposals for the general meeting’s decision on election of auditors.
